DADEEPAQUA Warranty Policy

Aqua Dream provides a tiered warranty system based on the classification of the Product components:

A. One-Year Limited Warranty (Electrical Components)

For a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser, Aqua Dream warrants against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for all electrical components, including but not limited to:

• Water pumps and filter pumps
• LED lighting systems and controllers
• Heaters and protein skimmers (if manufactured by Aqua Dream)

B. Two-Year Limited Warranty (Aquarium Structure and Non-Electrical Parts)

For a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser, Aqua Dream warrants against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for all structural and non-electrical components, including but not limited to:

• Aquarium glass, acrylic, and structural silicone seals
• Cabinets, stands, and cabinet doors
• Aquarium hoods, lids, and non-electrical canopy parts

Aqua Dream warrants that during the applicable Warranty Period, the Product will function substantially in accordance with Aqua Dream’s official technical specifications and documentation under intended and ordinary consumer use (“Warranted Functionality”).

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Aqua Dream will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either:

1. Repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts;
2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product that is functionally equivalent; or
3. Refund the original purchase price of the Product.

Replacement Product Warranty Term

Any replacement or repaired Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the replacement or repaired Product to you, whichever period is longer.

This Warranty is extended exclusively to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable. Any assignment or transfer of this Warranty to subsequent owners, purchasers, or gift recipients is strictly void.

This Warranty does not apply to, and Aqua Dream is not responsible for, the following:

• Unauthorized Channels: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, liquidators, or second-hand auction sites.
• Third-Party Hardware & Software: Hardware, accessories, or software (including firmware) not manufactured by Aqua Dream, even if bundled or sold with Aqua Dream hardware.
• Misuse, Abuse, and Environmental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, theft, improper storage, misuse, neglect, physical or electrical modifications, exposure to improper chemical balances, or operating the Product outside its intended use.
• Improper Installation and Ventilation: Structural failures or electrical shorts caused by improper assembly, unlevel surfaces/stands, or inadequate ventilation surrounding electrical components.
• Water Damage to Surrounding Property: This warranty covers the Product only; it does not cover water damage to floors, furniture, or other property, nor does it cover livestock (fish, coral, plants) loss.
• Unauthorized Alterations or Repairs: Defects or damage caused by service, repair, or alteration performed by anyone not authorized by Aqua Dream.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic degradation, including scratches, discoloration, or normal depletion of consumable parts (e.g., filter media, impellers, or gaskets), unless failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

This Warranty shall immediately become null and void if:

• The Product’s original serial number or legal labels are altered, defaced, or removed.
• The Product is modified structurally or electrically without express written consent from Aqua Dream.
• The original end-user resells or commercially rents the Product.
• The user fails to follow the mandatory setup instructions or violates safety protocols outlined in the user manual.

To obtain warranty service, you must follow these procedures:

1. Contact Customer Care: Visit the official Aqua Dream Customer Care portal. You must provide your order number, Product serial number, and a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt).
2. Troubleshooting: Cooperate with Customer Care to diagnose the issue via photos, videos, or descriptions.
3. Shipment Preparation: If authorized, pack the Product securely in its original packaging or packaging provided/approved by Aqua Dream. You must follow all return shipping instructions. Aqua Dream will inspect the item upon receipt to verify the defect.

For Products outside their active Warranty Period, or damages not covered under this policy, contact Aqua Dream Customer Care for a repair fee estimate.

Important Safety Note: Aqua Dream reserves the right to retain and safely dispose of any out-of-warranty Product sent to us if it is determined, in our sole discretion, to pose a catastrophic safety hazard (e.g., severe structural glass fractures or compromised electrical wiring) and the user declines to pay for the required repairs.

A. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS. AQUA DREAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, AQUA DREAM LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

B. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AQUA DREAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE (INCLUDING AQUARIUM SURROUNDINGS); AND ANY LOSS, INJURY, OR DEATH OF LIVESTOCK (FISH, CORAL, INVERTEBRATES, PLANTS) KEPT WITHIN THE PRODUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AQUA DREAM’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
